Lawyer Livio Persico has been dealing with Civil Law for years, with particular regard to the Corporate Law, Tax Law, Bankruptcy Law and other insolvency procedures.

Giuliana Guglielmo

Lawyer Guglielmo graduated in 2006 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Naples Federico II with 110/110.
Author of several publications in the field of civil law, she is currently Visiting lecturer in it at the Faculty of Law University of Studies Federico II, and collaborates with both the 3rd Chair of Civil Law and the 3rd Chair of Private Law Institutions.
In 2009 she qualified to practice law.
In 2011 she received the title of Research Doctor in “European integration, and sports law Legal globalization” (International Doctoral School of Law and Economics “Tullio Ascarelli” - Roma Tre, Palermo section).
